TICKET EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We love our patrons and understand that sometimes plans change for reasons that are out of your control. We'd like to be able to offer an exchange and cancellation service that is free and flexible.
But we are a small theatre company. The people who run the box office, wear multiple hats - sometimes as actors or directors, sometimes in the production of the play. So to keep our sanity (and save our energy for our theatre) we must draw the line somewhere.
All that said, here is our policy. Tickets may be exchanged – switch seats for the same performance or get seats at a different performance of the same play – on a self-service basis. Use the link “Switch/Upgrade” in your ticket confirmation email. Exchanges will be allowed till 2 days before the performance.
We will cancel and refund your tickets (less a $5 per ticket charge) up to 2 days before the performance. The refund takes 5-10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Season Tickets and Flex Passes are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferrable. You may use your season ticket code to get someone a seat at a show, or give them your code.
To request an exchange or cancellation, the fastest way is to write to tickets@bayareadrama.company. You can also leave us a voice mail at 408-458-9375 but it is less efficient.
