TICKET EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We love our patrons and understand that sometimes plans change for reasons that are out of your control. We'd like to be able to offer an exchange and cancellation service that is free and flexible.
But we are a small theatre company. The people who do the ticketing wear multiple hats - sometimes as actors or directors, sometimes in the production of the play. So to keep our sanity (Insane people do not do good theatre. Even when the role requires it.) we must draw the line somewhere.
All that said, here is our policy. We will exchange tickets for a different performance of the same show, or cancel your tickets and refund the money up to 48 hours before the show for which you hold tickets. Exchanges will be for the same ticket type (e.g. Elite or Preferred) and are subject to availability. To cancel the tickets, there will be a $5 cancellation charge per ticket. The refund takes 5-10 days to appear on your credit card statement.
Season Tickets and Flex Passes are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferrable. You may use your season ticket code to get someone a seat at a show, or give them your code.
For an order to qualify for a Group Discount, all tickets must be for the same show and be purchased in the same order. Tickets purchased on a Volume Discount cannot be individually canceled or exchanged.
