Brahma is the new superstar of the literary world, a writer who prides himself on knowing the "pulse of the people."
Known for his biting political satire, he has never tried his hand at romance. Until, he finally decides to write a love story.
As the story develops, the lines between fiction and reality blur. His ego gets in the way of his storytelling. Brahma - the creator - slowly begins to destroy his creation while his inner voice tries to stop him from sabotaging his own work.
Rahasiya Snehidiye / The Ideal is an exploration of the ethics of creation and a reminder that even for a "Brahma" the heart can be an unstoppable force.
The play will be staged in Tamil as Rahasiya Snehediye and in English as The Ideal.
Rahasiya Snehidiye has been adapted and translated to English by Rohini Sattanathan.
